A Practical Sourcing Process for Hospitality Buyers

Visage Hospitality works with hotels and hospitality procurement teams from initial requirement through sourcing and delivery coordination. Our process is designed around the specifications of each project.

Share the product category, sizes, specifications, estimated quantities, branding requirements, delivery location, and project timing. Existing spec sheets, photos, or reference samples are helpful when available.

2. Specification Review

We review the requirement and clarify the details needed to source and price the product accurately.

3. Sourcing & Pricing

We work with our manufacturing partners to evaluate the requirement and prepare pricing based on the agreed specifications, quantity, customization, and logistics.

4. Sample Review When Appropriate

For qualifying projects, samples can be coordinated when needed to confirm quality, construction, color, design, or other product details before production.

5. Production

Following approval and order confirmation, the manufacturing process proceeds according to the agreed product requirements and production timeline.

6. Import & Delivery Coordination

Visage coordinates the applicable logistics process for the order and works toward delivery to the agreed destination.
